Hello, I’m Shelby Roberts, General Manager of Caring Transitions of Bonita Springs and Central Naples. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with compassion, clarity, and care. Serving others has always been at the heart of everything I do, and throughout my career, I have been drawn to roles that allow me to build meaningful relationships and support people during important moments of change.
As a wife and mom of three, my perspective on serving others deepened even more after our second child, Auggie, was born with Down syndrome. I felt an even stronger calling to create a life centered around compassion, flexibility, and supporting both my family and my community.
That calling led me into real estate, where I found fulfillment helping individuals and families navigate significant life transitions, including moving, downsizing, and relocation, experiences that require patience, organization, empathy, and trust. After relocating to Naples with my family, I stepped into small business ownership, gaining valuable experience in managing operations, serving clients, and navigating the challenges and rewards of running a business firsthand. That experience reinforced what has always mattered most to me, using my skills to serve others in a meaningful, people-centered way. I recognized a growing need for compassionate, trustworthy support for senior relocation, downsizing, estate sales, and home cleanouts in the Bonita Springs and Central Naples community, making Caring Transitions a natural and purposeful fit.
Caring Transitions of Bonita Springs and Central Naples is an extension of a family-owned business with a strong track record of serving families through transition. Building on that experience, we bring the same level of trusted, professional service to the Bonita Springs and Central Naples community.
Having personally experienced the challenges of moving and downsizing, whether across town or across the country, I understand how emotional and overwhelming organizing a new space can be. My goal is to help lighten that burden by providing trusted support, organization, and compassion every step of the way.
